About This Quote

In this quote, Sigmund Freud discusses the human desire to dominate other fragile creatures. In the first example, the man touches the woman. He’s vulnerable, however she is an irresistible force. She places her hand on his thigh, but he pushes her away.

His hand touches her thigh again and she is powerless to stop him. Next, she strikes him with her fist against his jaw, but he does not see this coming because he is busy looking at her breasts. He tries to push her away, but she grabs his hand and squeezes it tightly.

It goes downhill from there as he gets angry with the woman and tries to push her away by grabbing her arms. However, she fights back hard by biting his finger. She bites so hard that he releases his grip on her arms so she can use both hands to bite him harder yet with even more force behind it.
